It is always with some excitement and trepidation that I receive commercially printed images back from the printers.   Colour management ought to be straightforward and in fact most photographers nowadays have a pretty good grasp of the theory AND the practice.   Regrettably, in my experience, the same isn’t true of every commercial printer.
